1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • The item received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is significantly different from what was described.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or modified.
  • Perishable goods or living plants once opened.
  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@lenlora.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged).
  2. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.

4. Replacement Policy

We offer free replacements for items that are damaged in transit, wrongly shipped, or defective. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Replacements will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after verification.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and verified. You will be notified via email once the refund is processed.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Contact us immediately at support@lenlora.in to cancel.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover all return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
